PO volwassenheid van ‘jouw’ Product Owners is groter geworden, ze weten zich beter te bewegen rondom Orange Code en Way of Working. Onder andere hierdoor is het mogelijk geworden dat de Product Owners de Marketplace van onze tribe zijn gaan doen in plaats van de Tribe lead (red. directeur). Teams zijn meer gericht geworden op het continue zelf verbeteren door intervisie. De teams doen dit nu zelfstandig.
Door je open en eerlijke houding, komen mensen ook graag en gemakkelijk naar je toe voor advies.
Willian and I worked as Coach the Coach colleagues together. It was fascinating how quick we grew together as a team, having a plan and tackling topics. As an interface function between the Agile Coaches and the Center of Expertise WoW, we managed to identify barriers in the daily work of the Agile Coaches and help them to overcome it.
It is instrumental for Willian to help others to be successful – both in his role as a AC Trainer and Coach the Coaches. He has a strong hands on mentality and has strongly contributed to development of the knowledge and methodology base in Center of Expertise WoW Germany. Je hebt de purpose / mastery / autonomy en Orange Code gebruikt om duidelijkheid te krijgen binnen de hele tribe over de rollen en deze beter te laten functioneren. De Tribe Lead (red. directeur) is hierdoor beter in zijn rol gekomen en weet ook wat hij van de verschillende rollen binnen zijn tribe mag verwachten. Je hebt de doelen gebruikt bij de Tribe Portfolio Wall om de teams beter doelgericht te laten werken. Tevens heb je het Prio-plein geïntroduceerd, zodat de klantwaarde en effort van de verschillende epic’s duidelijk worden.
I found it extremely beneficial to have Willian as my international AC Buddy during the kick-off Phase of One Agile Way of Working Transformation in Germany and later as a Coach the Coaches. He readily shared his experience as an AC, acted as a role model with regarding to Agile Mindset and both reassured and challenged me during the Coaching sessions. He taught me a number of methodologies beyond the AC Training which helped me to understand personal and Team dynamics better and also improve my interventions.
